I was almost ready to write a glowing review, but that was before i experienced the rudeness of the staff. Arriving late? You would think they could be accommodating, yet the lady was rude, saying she wanted to have dinner with her family. And no breakfast on-site? How quaint, like we're not supposed to enjoy a proper morning.

Really enjoyable experience there. Nice small hotel with reasonably large rooms. Excellant location just off central Cercedilla, and rail station, could not be better. Very comfy beds and central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. What a very very helpful stuff...

The tiny, outdated TV in the room needs an upgrade!!! Noisy neighbours can ruin your sleep experience!!! Basic facilities could use a few more modern touches for comfort!!!

we greatly enjoyed the stay, my room was extremely spacious with a fridge and balcony, as example. the hotel was located in the center of the city. there was an attached restaurant nearby.

Couple getaway worth it
The room was spacious, clean and had two balconies, one with a table to sit, just perfect to unwind after a long day. Plus, the staff, especially Fran, was kind and understanding when my group only needed 5 rooms instead of 6.
It wasn't particularly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
